Financial Assistance

The Fort Dodge Community Recreation Center believes in giving any person or family the opportunity for a healthy and lively lifestyle. With our Community For Youth Program, we can give families and children affordable pricing that is based on their financial income.

If you are in a low-income household you can apply for Financial Assistance by stopping into the Downtown REC Center and picking up a Financial Aid Packet or filling out the forms below and returning or mailing it to the Downtown REC Center.
